Training
We have learned as experienced bookkeepers that every client has different needs and worries.
Our philosophy is to intently listen to the specific needs of our clients and ensure those worries are addressed.
We can help if you have ever had any of the following or similar concerns?
- I have a good business, but i have doubts if it’s financially viable?
- I feel like the internal bookkeeping in my business is a full time job?
- Is my business correctly meeting all it’s obligations;
ie ATO, state tax, superannuation, fair work, workcover, etc, etc, etc?
Have you got a different concern?
We would love to hear it and help rectify, putting your mind at rest.
Why do we charge an initial consultation?
Our bookkeeping staff are skilled professionals who are focussed on offering a quality service from the very first consultation. We understand that other bookkeepers offer you a free consultation, however in our experience this comes at a cost to the loyal existing clients that we have and we want you to be part of.
We are happy to offer the initial consultation fee as a credit to our ongoing bookkeeping services, this way you will appreciate a full advantage of being with us.

What’s the difference between Bookkeeper & BAS agent?
A bookkeeper is any person that can have an understanding and records the financial transactions for a company.
To be able to provide a BAS service for a fee in Australia, you must be registered with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). The registration ensures that BAS agents have the qualification and experience required to provide BAS services, meet the requirements and have appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover to protect the customers.
The BAS Service Agent will represent a client in their dealings with the ATO in relation to a BAS provision and lodgement.
Most accounting firms will hire a bookkeeper to and pass it on the costs (sometimes at a higher rate than a bookkeeper would charge you).

About us
We have over 15 years’ experience in the industry and we don’t think that it is fair that the small business should be paying for the high costs that a big accounting firm will charge you. Plus is good to have an understanding of your cash flow position and your business financials before you sit down with your accountant.
Our team are highly trained professionals that are up to date with the latest updates on the accounting software’s and ATO compliances.
We will take care of your business financials saving you time and money.
Below is a general list of bookkeeping tasks that we are more than capable of, and is a good start to get the conversation started.
But the value we offer is the customized reporting in your language so you can accurately gauge the performance of your business, plus the ownership we take to make sure everything is addressed.
